After the Family Portal page opens,
click .

Put your own registered e-mail address which was given to the school,
then click .

An e-mail has been sent,
please check your inbox.

Please open the e-mail from “FACTS SIS Support” and
click Click to create your Family Portal login.

Create your desired Username and Password,
then verify your Password once again and
click .

Put the created username and password.
Click
You have successfully accessed Family Portal account.
