Entrance Test
Required documents:
- Copy of the latest report card
- 1 sheet of 3×4 Passport photo
- A full set of writing implement (pencil, pen, eraser, correction pen, ruler)
Test results will be announced at least minimum a week after the test
Payment
- Payment for admission and development fee
- Payment for school fee including snack, lunch, book and school uniforms
- Payment is non-refundable

- Copy of family identity card
- Copy of birth certificate (bring original copy for verification)
- Copy of parents’ identity card
- Copy of name change document from civil registration (if any)

Complete Mutation Letter:
- Mutation letter with government approval
- Letter of transfer
- Copy of 8355
- Copy of operational license
- Letter of good conduct (SKKB)
- Copy of report book
- Copy of accredited certificate
- Copy of certificate & the report of state exam results (SKHUN)
- Original report book
