Instructions for enrollment for TK to SMA
Admission procedure

Required documents:
- Copy of latest report card
- 1 sheet of 3×4 Passport photo
- Complete writing materials
Test results will be announced at minimum a week after the test.

- Payment for school, learning materials and school uniforms
- Payment is non-refundable

Required documents after being admitted:
- Copy of Family Identity Card
- Copy of birth certificate (Bring original copy for verification)
- Copy of parents’ identity card
- Copy of letter of name change from Civil Registration (If any)
Extra required documents for new students (complete mutation letters such as):
- Mutation letter with government approval
- Letter of transfer
- Copy of 8355
- Copy of operational license
- Copy of accreditation certificate
- Letter of good conduct (SKKB)
- Copy of report book
- Copy of certificate & the report of state exam result (SKHUN)
- Original report book

Kindergarten:
Math and English
Primary Level:
Math, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin
Junior High and Senior High Level:
Math, English, Science and Mandarin
